JSC "SPMOTORS" let out special vehicles for blood tests.

Medical centers of our country constantly require stocks of hemotransfusions environments. And in connection with the frequent emergency situations requirements of given resources increasing. By the common calculations on territory of the Russian Federation donors hand over about one thousand tons of blood per one year while the necessary minimal stock makes 2,5 thousand tons of blood per one year. Based on it, stations of blood transfusion must serve about 6,5 millions donors for one year. And taking into account the quantity of stations of blood transfusion, their equipment, and last social reform by cancellation of the privileges, which entailed reduction of quantity of voluntary donors, the situation will seem catastrophic.

The most logical and least expensive decision of this problem is creation of line of special vehicles for blood-tests. It is not necessary to explain, that one hemoautobus will serve a lot of donors for the certain moment of time, than stationary centre, especial if we talk about the country.

In this connection, our Joint-Stock Company "SPMOTORS" together with company " Intel+Med " has developed and made special vehicle for blood-tests (see virtual panorama).

Design department has designed ergonomic, highly functional internal interior of the donor bus, which allows to carry out preparation, processing of blood and to carry out long storage of donor blood and its components with preservation of physiological full value..

Interior of hemoautobus is divided into three functional spaces: laboratory, donor and tambour.

The donor zone is equipped with television monitors, system of tele- and video viewing; the main components are special armchairs with an electric drive, and it gives an opportunity of blood-tests in comfortable conditions simultaneously at 4 donors.

Laboratory room is equipped with convenient and practical furniture: there are comfortable armchairs with headrests and adjustable armrests for doctors, each workplace is supplied with individual light and socket of 220 V. Bedside-table with sliding tables, as well as other case furniture, are made of a non-polluting material -laminated file of a tree (which does not cause an allergy, does not crack under action of moisture, it is shock-resistant and is easily processed by disinfectant solutions).

For convenience and comfort of medical personnel and donors the special vehicle is completed with the advanced equipment. One of the main tasks of development of the project was uninterrupted power supply of an onboard network of the bus by voltage of 220 V for power supplies of medical equipment (automatic plazmopherez). Finally the given problem was solved by installation of diesel-generator engine of necessary power and external socket for network of 220 V. With a view to provide electrosafety this special vehicle is equipped with an electric case with safety locks and system of protection against short circuits. As any medical motor transport, this special vehicle is equipped with off-line system of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning: there are off-line heaters in a complete set of the bus, a prestarting heater of the engine, thermal veil and separate conditioners. For providing with life ability the sanitary-and-hygienic compartment of the bus is equipped with a washstand and a biotoilet.

Accordingly, this special vehicle of blood storage provides:

- delivery of preserving blood, its components and brigade to the place of basing

- blood tests outside of a hospital.

- long storage of donor blood and its components.
