JSC “SICAR-M” is the exclusive distributor of the Russian manufacturer “SPMOTORS”, the main area of which is production of ambulance vehicles, minibuses as well as special-purpose vehicles of the TM “SICAR”.

Our company specializes in the following types of products:

• Ambulance/Emergency vehicles (classes A, B, C and also vehicles for ministration highly specialized medical care: neonatal, cardiological, pediatric, labor vehicles, ophthalmological, mobile emergency medical centers for emergency medicine and many others);
• Special purpose vehicles (special transport for different kinds of organizations as well as VIP transport worked out upon individual project for different purposes and agencies);
• Minibuses (taxi buses, “tourist”, VIP class buses, worked out upon individual projects).
• mobile emergency medical centers for "medicine of accidents", with special order of medical equipment.

In November 2009 the factory of specialized vehicles “SPMOTORS” passed again the certificate audit of the compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2000 standards. The certification was managed by the certification authorities TUV CERT / TUV Rheinland InterCert. The ISO 9000 standard is the group of international standards, the conformation to which allows controlling the quality of the manufactured products and services provided. The requirements of the mentioned above standards mean all the stages of the company’s activities: starting from the initial contact with a prospective customer and continuing with the further Warranty maintenance of the manufactured product. The main concept of the “SICAR-M” company’s activity is based on the permanent improvement of the product and services for keeping up the competitive position.
